We are incredibly proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of Young Masters Alumni, whose talents are now on show at one of the most prestigious art events of the year; the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2025, taking place from 17 June to 17 August in the Main Galleries at Burlington House.
This year’s exhibition features a stellar line-up of artists whose creative journeys have been shaped by their involvement with the Young Masters Art Prize over the years:
Yinka Shonibare CBE RA – celebrated guest artist in the 2012 Young Masters Art Prize exhibition
Amy Hughes – shortlisted for the inaugural Young Masters Maylis Grand Ceramics Prize in 2014
Eve Wright – shortlisted for Young Masters 2014
Tom Farthing – exhibited in Young Masters Dialogues 2014–2015
Michelle Heron – featured in the Young Masters Autumn Exhibition, 2022
Nourine Hammad – recipient of the Young Masters Lerouge Knight Cross-Cultural Award, 2024
Liron Kroll – shortlisted for Young Masters in both 2017 and 2024
Alexandra Baraitser – joint winner of the Young Masters People’s Choice Award 2025 and highly commended for the Young Masters Woman Artist Award 2025
Their inclusion in this year’s RA Summer Exhibition is a testament to the ongoing impact and reach of the Young Masters platform, which continues to nurture and champion innovative, cross-cultural, and historically informed contemporary art.
We couldn’t be prouder to see their work celebrated within such an iconic institution. Congratulations to all!
